Dr Que Tu
Dr. Que Tu joined the Waverley Gardens family in 2022, bringing with her a wealth of expertise and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Melbourne. After honing her skills in general practice in Geelong, Que now focuses on preventative care and surgery for our small animal patients. She is a lifelong animal lover who believes in a proactive approach to health, ensuring your pets stay happy and active for years to come. At home, Que is just as devoted to her own two cats, Perry and Minnie, and treats every patient with that same 'pet parent' level of care.
Quyen
Quyen believes that great veterinary care starts with expert knowledge and a kind heart. As a Practice Manager with a 15-year background in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), she specializes in medication management and pet health education. Quyen's unique expertise allows her to provide an extra layer of safety and insight for our clients. Whether she's leading our team or chatting with pet owners, Quyen's passion for animal wellness and her rigorous clinical standards ensure your pets are in the safest possible hands.
Amy
Amy's heart has been in the animal world since 2012, starting her journey in the unique environment of a petting zoo before becoming a qualified Veterinary Nurse. Over the last decade, she has dedicated herself to supporting both pets and their owners with a smile. Amy is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels safe and well cared for. She has a strong focus on surgery and is committed to performing every procedure to the highest standards. Her life outside the clinic is just as lively, kept busy by her daughter, her 'very clingy' Border Collie x Staffy named Bailey, and a small colony of four hermit crabs! Amy's diverse experience and warm energy make her a favorite for both our two-legged and four-legged visitors.
Shiloe
A beloved face at Waverley Gardens since 2007, Shiloe is truly living her childhood dream. Growing up in a family of veterinary nurses, caring for animals is more than a career for her—it's a lifelong calling. Shiloe is a passionate advocate for every patient that walks through our doors, treated with the same devotion she gives her own 'mini-zoo' at home (which currently includes four dogs, three cats, and two horses!). Whether you've known her for decades or are meeting her for the first time, Shiloe's warmth and expertise make her a cornerstone of our clinic family and a trusted friend to the local pet community.
Sarah
Sarah loves animals, but she loves helping the people who care for them just as much. After 10 years in the field, including time spent at the RSPCA, she has mastered the art of thorough, compassionate nursing. You'll find Sarah working closely with Dr. Tu in the consulting room, where she takes the time to dive deeper into your pet's needs. From explaining dental procedures to tailoring nutrition plans or solving common pet problems, Sarah is your dedicated partner in keeping your pet happy and healthy.
